Hello,

My name is Twyla Jones and I build an agency that is committed to supporting your child's progress to help them build a successful future. As a special education consultant I will use my background of eighteen years in special education and school leadership to work with and support families of scholars with exceptional differences. I will work with families, and school districts to ensure that scholars are receiving a free and appropriate education. I believe that all children deserve to have the best educational experience and should be held to high standards and expectations. As a consultant I will advocate and ensure that these things are taking place. I am passionate and dedicated educator who won’t stop until families and scholars are given what they need to be successful in an out of school.

The Mission of HELC is to provide high quality tutoring services to scholars with and without special needs. We aim to provide these services using research based strategies and intervention to help enhance their learning capabilities.
